Warranty
All Reworkshop products are designed and built to stand the test of time and have been rigorously tested by the worst of the Welsh weather, however we fully appreciate that a warranty gives our customers added piece of mind.

All Reworkshop products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover wood movement, splits or knots shrinking/falling out, with wood being a natural product that is effected by moisture and temperature change, it is impossible to predict how it may react to different environments. Neither does it cover roofing felt or damaged/failed roofing materials due to extreme weather.
Any amendments or alterations to the building or the installed contents not made by Reworkshop, may affect the warranty.
All warranties are subject to ‘reasonable use’ by the customer and that any essential maintenance required has been performed.
Returns & Warranty Claims
Reworkshop products are typically made to order so we encourage customers to be sure when it comes time to make a purchase as we do not accept non fault returns.

If you product arrives damaged or faulty we will of course replace with new unless the damaged part can be replaced with no negative effect to the product.
​
In keeping with our ethos we will attempt to repair any product effected by a warranty claim first to the customers satisfaction, before a replacement is issued.
