Deposit, Delivery
& Installation
Deposit
We appreciate that sending money up front for an item that hasn't been built yet can seem daunting.
This is why we encourage you to use our deposit option.
The deposit option can be used for all of our products, priced over £1000 apart from bespoke or commission builds.
Simply select the product in the drop down menu, add to basket, and pay at the checkout.
The remaining balance will be due upon the completion of your build before or upon delivery.
Once a deposit has been made, your build slot will be booked and you can request an estimated delivery date.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery to UK mainland is included in the price of all our furniture, homeware and gifts the courier could either be Royal Mail, DPD or Palletways depending on the size/weight of the item. Courier and tracking information is available upon request.

Standard delivery is also included in the price of our Outhouses, Rain Closets and Little Johns.
Depending on your location these could either be delivered by ourselves or a pallet courier, which ever method is selected by us, standard delivery is to a curb side or flat, next to road location.

Standard delivery does not include moving your purchase off road or anywhere other than a road side drop off location. If you do require assistance your end please let us know when placing your order as this can be arranged in the form of an off road delivery, and we are happy to help, but our couriers will not be able too.

Our Larger Wash House Units and custom builds do not include standard delivery, these will all be delivered by ourselves in person, as in most cases they are two large to be sent with a pallet courier this is why individual delivery quotes will be given taking into account distance, location and quantities. Please be assured we do not aim to profit from deliveries just cover our costs.
Off Road Delivery
Where a standard delivery is not suitable or you require our assistance at your end this is normally classed as an off road delivery. in a lot of cases there will be no additional charge, but where there is, we will never aim to profit just cover our costs and ensure our customers satisfaction.
We fully understand that the majority of our customers will need their off grid facility sited in an off grid location, which 9 times out of 10 requires an off road delivery, and we are more than happy to help with this. Over the years we have installed facilities in some extremely remote locations and we really do enjoy a challenge, however there are obviously additional things to consider in situations like these, not only cost but man power and vehicle/machinery choice.

If you require an off road delivery please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can tailor a quote to suit your budget and needs, using photos, google earth or even a site visit. Communication here is key we would be devastated if we were unable to complete a delivery due to something we were not made aware of.

Typical extras for an off road delivery include, additional labourer priced at £89 per delivery.
Additional 4x4 vehicle and driver prices start from £149.
Use of tracked moving machine £49
Installation
We pride ourselves on being able to provide a complete service.
If you are lucky enough to live within 50 miles of our workshop we even offer free basic installation on our Outhouses and Rain Closets this includes fitting the roof, plumbing the separator/waste into your drainage or soak away and talking you through use and maintenance.
When a unit is delivered by a pallet courier they will be delivered 90% complete with just the roof needing to be installed and the plumbing connected. They are also accompanied by an extensive installation and after care manual. We are always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions.

Of course a personal delivery and installation can be arranged if you do live outside of the 50 mile radius. Prices are always reasonable and are dependant on distance and quantity of units

Any install will require a level plot we suggest a gravel base to allow for easy installation and levelling and to prolong the life of the timber in contact with the ground by improving drainage.

Soak away or drainage? We can connect all of our units to either of these from mains drainage to a septic tank. Often the easiest method of removing waste water is by means of a soak away, while we can dig these for you at extra cost it is nearly always more cost effective to do this yourself or have a local contractor do this before we arrive, due to differences in soil and ground types its extremely hard for us to quote to dig these without a site visit. Don’t be put off by that however as they are simply a hole filled with gravel and as always we are more than happy to guide you through it.

We have chosen to deliver and install our Wash Houses and larger custom builds ourselves allowing us to ensure a quality installation. Prices for deliveries and installations are detailed in their listings and vary depending on your location.
