Introducing The Little John, the completely portable waterless toilet solution from Reworkshop.
 
Turn literally any space or room into a WC with The Little John Composting toilet, no need for plumbing or water, all you'll need is some sawdust and a composting bin/pile and you are good to go! Literally!
 
Design, Build & Portability
 
The Little John collects solid waste in a 26 litre flexi tub container and uses a separator to divert urine away from the solid waste into a 10 litre container, the flexi tub with its twin handles allows for easy emptying of the solids and the urine container comes with a lid and carry handle to aid emptying. In this configuration and with its chest style carry handles. The Little John is completely portable, however if your Little John is being permanently positioned somewhere we can fit soak away plumbing instead of the 10 litre container for no additional fee, please don't hesitate to contact us for advice on which option would suit you best.
 
As standard The Little John is 75 cm wide, 65 cm long and 50 cm high in this size it allows you to fit two more 10 litre urine containers (purchased additionally) inside the box for quick changes in a more commercial setting. If you need to customise the size or add anything to your John Box we are always happy to help
 
Eco friendly and sustainable 
 
Constructed using recycled plastic and solid wood which is either reclaimed or sustainably sourced the Little John has some great Eco friendly credentials. 
The front and sides are reclaimed timber, which gives The Little John its rustic frontier look. 
The lid and frame are solid pressure treated pine sourced from sustainably managed forests, we refuse to use ply wood or manufactured wood board to ensure strength and because these products can be exposed to moisture.
 
The base and back are made from a 18 mm thick recycled plastic board used for its strength and long life but also to provide a waterproof easy to clean surface in these two areas.
 
The urine separator is also made from recycled plastic and like the steel hardware made right here in the UK.
